kphifer7 Hi I purchased a Louis Vuitton from you on 10/16/20 I paid you in full 194.17 and you never shipped my pocketbook out and you still haven’t and you have already been paid!!!! The money had been deducted out of my account. Also right after I purchased the pocketbook you said you would ship in out on the morning of 10/17/20 instead of you shipping out what I paid for you took your account down so I could not reach you!!! This is theft !!!! I want my money put back.

The facts are I paid for an item I purchased from you the money came out of my account and my item still has not been shipped like you promised and in addition to that you could no longer be reached. kphifer7 @lioness7788 Danielle if all that your saying is true that you never received my money then why when I made a complaint to Poshmark on the 19th ( after the money was taken out of my account and my item still had not been shipped) and mind you I told them everything I said to you. Why was there response not oh no miss the vendor does not have your money yet we have it and she won’t get it until your item is shipped.

kphifer7 Instead of saying that and clearing it up they told me you can cancel your order after seven days! Still did tell I was wrong and the vendor doesn’t have your money. Then the next message I received from posh was yesterday telling me “we’ve spoke with the vendor and instructed her to ship your item” still they did not say you did not have my money but they did and they knew I thought you had my money because I told them so.

kphifer7 I first was under the impression that my money did not leave my account until my merchandise was shipped. So this could have quickly been cleared up had Poshmark just told me oh no the vendor has not been paid yet we have your money. Then I would have asked them why did you take my money before my items were shipped? So now I’m thinking why would they not clear this up they know how upset I was.

kphifer7 My money was taken and I could not contact you any longer you must understand why I thought and felt the way I did because no one was clearing it up or telling me anything different. All I knew is that I paid for something I did not receive and that’s not the way I read the rules to work. But again no one cleared it up and posh didn’t say I’m sorry we made a mistake!
