v-waist ruched pencil skirt

the most elegant skirt from w by worth! true to size 6, but fabric is very stretchy, so could also fit an 8 this piece has a beautiful v-shaped waist and amazing draping all the way down. the back also has ruching towards the bottom. it's a tapered pencil shape & is so flattering amazing condition! no flaws that i noticed. approx. measurements (flat): waist 14.5 stretches to 21 length 27in
