Short tight, but has a little bit of looseness, spaghetti strap dress (straps are adjustable able). Dress has a peek hole on back, covered by two pieces that can be tied together into a knot/bow. Bottom of dress has a little looseness to it, with two layers of ruffles at the bottom. Eyelet pattern covers entirety of the dress. Worn, but not often.
