This dress is brand new with tags. It’s so pretty but did not fit me sadly 😢 It has bows on the sleeves that can be re-tied. It is sized a Large but definitely fits smaller. More like a Small/Medium Bust (pit to pit): 15.5in Waist: 14in Length (from shoulder): about 50in (All measurements taken laying flat.)🫶🏻 I am trying to get my money back, so I will accept offers but not too low 😊
