white prom dress (WINDSOR)

Brand new (with tags) never worn. White with sparkles (glitter, not sequins). The dress is VERY comfortable, it’s not itchy or tight. The corset top is not wired, just fabric!! I have no idea what the hem is, but i am 5’1 and was going to have to get it hemmed because it was too long on me! backstory; it’s brand new w tags, i had just bought it yesterday. i thought i was getting scammed on a dress i ordered online from a different site so i had to choice but to buy a new dress. then this morning (2/21/23) i got an email confirmation that it shipped. i would’ve returned the dress but windsor doesn’t allow returns!!
