winter coat and rain jacket

Womens Within size 38/40 this is one of those size errors in the plus size world. this feels more like a 30/32 in the arms while the rest 36/38. womens within always has sizes all over the place and this is one of them. however this is a warm Jacket/coat!it has a draw string for clenching at the waist it is supper warm with the lining inside. the big square pockts on front no need to carry a purse. rain safe washer friendly !!! this got me thru my first few snow years in NY...
