* Please note this has 2 different sizes as this dress runs a size smallwr than the tag. this is a black sundress. this is on the mini side in length. has a rounded scoop neckline. there are spaghetti straps which are adjustable. the buttons start at the neckline and go down the front to almost the hemline. this dress does have tiered design to it, which allows it to flare out a little each time till the hemline. this does have a black underlining slip built into the dress. the hemline is trimmed in a small scallop end floral design. this would be worn as a tunic with shorts if you don't like the length. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch. rack G, section A
