sorry for the delay. there is some stretch but not a ton. they aren't sskin thought but again, not a ton of stretch, just enough to be comfortable

Thanks for asking. The waist measures 17 inches from side to side and 35 inches with the tape measure through the loops. They are slim boot cut. If this doesn't work we do have a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt size 12 Average, "with exceptional stretch". They measure 35 1/2 inches, I'll move them to the top of our closet in case you want to check them out.
