women’s plaid rainboots, sz 7. Umbrella logo on heel—-Totes? Arnold Palmer?

Great condition- no wear. Measures 15” tall. Just cannot find a name in them. Both Totes and Arnold Palmer use the umbrella logo. Just love the black plaid design. Last photo shows the size imprinted on bottom of boot.
