ninalivii @brookejaimie that's terrible, I'm sorry that happened to you. I would still report this to poshmark, you're actually not alone, you are not the only one she's ripped off. I looked through her closet bc it looked amazing at first but then after reading the comments on a lot of her posts, (I'm new to poshmark, won't even like anything until I feel the seller is legit)..I learned that she has ripped off and scammed quite a bit of people (she has even managed to delete some posts according to what I read)...she posts pictures of nice dresses/rompers/etc on models from different websites, but won't post a picture of the actual thing, claims the piece she has is the "same exact thing" from "her business" (when really it's a cheaply made look-a-like, probably made in China); orders it from her seller after buyer makes the mistake of buying and ships it, and then argues with the buyer when they describe how the piece is infact not the same as what was in the picture. She's also lied about the size of her items just to get people to buy, and so much more. She's also very rude, and clearly she thinks we are all idiots. It's pretty insulting. I am surprised that more people haven't caught on to her and noticed this. More people should be aware before they get ripped off too:/

brookejaimie @ninalivii this is not the first time this has happened to me!!!!!! I bought a pair of jessica simp wedges worth 90$ on piper lime for about 25$, and the girl left the goodwill sticker on them for 3.99$!!! I mean, I understand if you wanna make a little profit, but that is basically raping you. This girl made a huge fuss about how the shoes are worth at least 40$ and I come to find out they came from a clearance bin!!! Please share the love and buyers beware!!!! 😡😡😡 thanks for the kind words Nina.😘

brookejaimie @isabella3103 thank you girl!!😘 please pass this on and share the love! I have always been an honest posher. I tell it how it is and price accordingly. I am a frequent posh shopper and am infuriated that this woman (I want to use other words but I'm a lady) is getting away with this bs. I'm tired of being tricked. Share and report and pass along, and please read her closet listings. It's nothing but upset buyers who are waiting for her to ship and she seems to take way too long to rip people off.

brookejaimie Thank you @isabella3103 for the support. This is not the first time this has happened to me, please refer to my closet. On more than several occasions have I purchased fake items, items not described, or items with a pricing sticker from a thrift shop, and ripped off entirely. I used to love this site to shop, but now I feel like every girl needs to research and read all sales before every desired purchase. I sadly have made the mistake of not doing my homework, if you go to her page you can read tons of comments on her sales that are negative. Please share the love and report!!! <3!!!

lovemorgan16 Actually what she's doing if VERY illegal. Re-selling the product for more than it's worth is a federal crime/offense. There are huge penalties for this kind of fraudulence. You could press charges and get a full refund for these if you wanted, the police take this crime pretty seriously. @diahdolly
