well-loved but gently worn. some loose threads around hook and eye closure but no other flaws to note! this skirt could be a fantastic wardrobe staple, especially if you’re just starting out your vintage style journey. the fabric has movement, but it’s not the most “swirly” or drapey skirt out there; it feels more structured (i believe it’s mostly cotton). measurements: waist: 25” hips: free length: ~28” (hits just below my knee and i’m 5’4)
