Absolutely perfect 2000s style with this chiffon slip dress. It's got floral applique straps, layered chiffon, cute layered asymmetrical hem, and I love the scoop neckline. In excellent preowned condition without flaws or signs of wear. Straps are adjustable. No zippers or stretch, but I find this slips on easily. The brand is delicates which is an intimates line, this dress is likely made to be pajamas. Personally I would wear this as a dress out of the house. The back is a bit low so you couldn't wear a (normal) bra with this. Two layers, the floral chiffon layer and a blue chiffon layer, both are sheer. I find it is not too see through to wear out. Fits true to size, model wears a S and is 5'10"
