y2k glitter vinyl crossbody bag

bought in L.A. somewhere on Melrose in the early 2000's. silver glitter vinyl not only in the body but in the adjustable strap, making for a cute effect when worn crossbody. The back at first I thought had damage, but it looks like there are side vents where you can remove the hooks and slide this onto a belt (thats my guess, Ive never done this lol). the interior flap is a little worn and the interior is clean except for some stubborn bits of purple glitter. approx 5x6.5".
