Not only was I greeted with a beautiful pair of shoes but the packaging was an act of care. In addition to this gesture, Alex included “extra goodies” - hello fabulous earrings, encourgaing stickers, and leave in conditioner- to make up for a shipping delay. Alex communicated about the delay. Life happens and I appreciate the extra steps she took to make me feel like a real customer, not just a random buyer on a resale site.
