My daughter loves the boots. Fortunately I was able to video call to see her open them. They do run tad big and wide. Had her adjusted buckles which thankfully they work. They're just as described and pictured! She loves the color and style. Now on the hunt for brown🤦♀️ Great purchase great , I just told her thick socks try to mold them while not wearing. Honestly they probably run big because of the toe shape. Other than that I'd say she's over the moon! Thank you!!
