Ariel. You went above and beyond on this. The shoes are just like the pictures. You sent a hand written card that made me and my gf of 6 years feel special. She needed these for her job nursing at the veterans home, which is a place she loves but her shoes weren't working out anymore. We love these and it means the world that you made this so personal for us. Thank you. Everyone else who skipped out over the year would take it back if they knew the customer service that came with the purchase. Thank you so very much.
