I found this purchase to be a fun restoration project. Let's first be clear there are ways to reduce wrinkles in leather involving indirect heat or steam, but there is not a product available known as leather wrinkle remover available nor such an item easily purchased on Amazon. The seller's misconception was one of the charms that contributed to a really nice purse at a great price that just needed some serious work to bring it back from an embarassment to use or wear. The method I used was heat. Basically you iron your leather on the lowest setting with a thin towel over it to protect the leather of your purse or whatever leather item you have from scorching and putting a marring shine to its finish. The experiment was a complete success. This purse is now free of its unwanted wrinkles and looking brand new. This was a great buy of a very fixable item.
