This seller is wonderful and packaged my purse beautifully. She wrapped it in tissue paper, and it was carefully packaged. She also handwrote a very nice card, and I thought that was so thoughtful. She also did as I asked and did not add anything with any scents to it as I am allergic to perfume etc. I actually tried to cancel the order because I thought the leather was going to be different than I thought but I am so glad she had already shipped this purse. It is stunning in the color cranberry, and the leather is soft and just beautiful. Perfect Dooney & Bourke and just as described. Thank you so much for a great item and experience.

I received my Baggallini Brown Crossbody Bag fairly quickly. It was nicely wrapped in pink tissue paper surrounded by white tissue paper and it also included a a very nice handwritten thank you note. I thought it made for a very nice presentation. The bag itself was in great condition: no damages, clean, with white paper tissues inside. Needless to say, I love this bag and I want to thank this seller for taking the extra step for making this a very nice first time purchase experience for me.
