I received my Baggallini Brown Crossbody Bag fairly quickly. It was nicely wrapped in pink tissue paper surrounded by white tissue paper and it also included a a very nice handwritten thank you note. I thought it made for a very nice presentation. The bag itself was in great condition: no damages, clean, with white paper tissues inside. Needless to say, I love this bag and I want to thank this seller for taking the extra step for making this a very nice first time purchase experience for me.

This may have been the most heavenly online purchase I've made. Firstly, the bag is absolutely stunning, and in crisp, pristine condition as described, I love it. And when I opened the box and was greeted by all the gorgeous, meticulous wrapping in the lovely, soft pink paper, it was enchanting and the stress of the day melted away. And thank you for the extra gift (how did you know that lemon verbena is one of my favorite scents?), the sweet note (you have beautiful handwriting), and the speedy shipping. The whole experience of this exchange was pure pleasure.
