I ordered this and the post office lost it in the shipping process- the seller was extremely apologetic even though she had no control over the situation. Communication was excellent and she refunded as soon as Poshmark support allowed, then when it made its way back to her from USPS she reached out and offered for the same price and shipped immediately. I wish every Poshmark transaction could be this positive and responsive. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I absolutely love this purse!
