This seller was awesome! Prior to shipping the item that I purchased, the seller inquired on sending me another item for no charge-regardless of the fact they had already made the sale on the first item. My package arrived in a couple days and I was happy with how fast it came because I’m only used to that kind of delivery speed with Amazon prime. It was clear that my purchase was shipped immediately. The packaging was simple bubble packaging, but plenty of padding for what was being sent and it was secured well. Inside my items were packed in a small sachet bag and included a typed-but personalized note with my name on it, thanking me for my purchase. A candy was also taped to the note. For the small amount of effort that these things probably required, they sure did make a huge impact. I have never seen as much care or effort put into any package that I’ve ever been sent by a private seller, or any seller for that matter. I don’t know if the reviews actually get read by the company, but I hope the seller knows how much I appreciate the care and kindness that was put into the order that was prepared for me.
