Happy with product and customer service. Would have wanted $100 pair of shoes would have had bubble wrap protection for shipping during transit. Bag was ripped open, but understand it was delivery service, that left small damage to one shoe. Took it to repair store & fixed that damage. Seller was great to work with and I love the purchase. regardless of that small concern.

I love everything about this coat, it’s very elegant and stylish, I love that it’s very warm and very light , it’s not overbearing or puffy and the best of it I really love the corset like style on the sides giving a great and elegant looking .
