I was a little disappointed that it took so long to ship, I had purchased for an event and it wasn’t here in time. I understood when she reached out to say she was cleaning the item, however it still showed up with a few spots. That being said, she has great reviews so I feel this was an isolated event - we all have those weeks! I also did get a great deal on the dress so I feel like I can’t really complain. I would purchase from her again so I felt staying with 5 stars was appropriate.
