This seller made a mistake that would normally get a star taken off but I am still giving five stars and here is why.... This is a good seller who did a great job with packing and shipping and a wonderful job of keeping her items clean and not spraying them with any kind of allergenic perfume, which too many people do. That makes this seller really great in most areas, but, as a relatively new seller, this person doesn't yet know how detailed the description should be. They accidentally left out the detail that the robe/kimono doesn't come with a belt to close it, which makes it useful as a duster but not as a robe, which was its intended purpose and why I bought it. Again, this is a good seller with great potential, already doing wonderfully in most things. Like a few others I've encountered, the description just needs to be a little more detailed to make sure to include information like this. If there is a loop on the side of a robe and no belt, make sure to list that it no longer has a belt. All other damage and any other flaws were photographed clearly, including the condition of the garment. Calling it a robe when it can't be closed was the only issue and, here's what impressed me most, the seller was completely honest about that mistake, replying honestly that it doesn't have a belt, knowing that I was within the window to open a return case, because a robe needs a belt and I don't actually have one to fit with this robe. I am not opening a case because I can make a belt for this robe but I am certain that the seller would have gladly taken it back. This seller was honest about a mistake and friendly in replying and discussing it. That is why I still think this person is a five star seller. I thank them for their product and courteous replies and owning up to their mistake and I think they will make a great Posher.
