I had gotten so confused with Posh orders I had to completely stop until I knew that I had myself together . So please accept apologies if I'm delayed or became confused in any way . I have boxes I've not even opened yet as I have gotten very ill with very bad depression and anxiety attacks . So much ao I stopped eating even . So I'm now getting better ,seeing Dr and eating again as well as unfortunately as a naturlist taking 1 med for anxieties . I absolutely had to . Blah I'm not good with medications but had no choice . So thank you and again I apologise if I've delayed response or rating. Denette
