The boots were certainly as described. I figured they'd be small in the calf as the seller said they had smaller legs, so when I got them I knew they wouldn't fit over mine. But I know a good cobbler in town, and the quality of the boots is exactly what I expected, so I'll just have them adjusted and I'll be ready to go for fall and winter.
