I normally wear a size 7 1/2, but got these in an 8 so I could wear my thicker socks. But that isn’t going to work!! These boots are IMPOSSIBLE to get into. The part that goes around the ankle is too tight, I had to go in there with scissors and modify it just to get my foot in. I do feel like that should've been disclosed in the description. And I have skinny feet, so it’s not like I was trying to wedge a pig through a rabbit hole. Once I modified them, they were very cute on! **adding on to my review** 12/6/17 after this purchase, I feel like I’ll be better at asking questions about the product before buying.
