The item I purchased/received from this seller was EXACTLY as pictured/described and maybe even better. The item I purchased was a gently used, usually high-dollar designer product (Krewe sunglasses), and I am elated I can now attest to the authenticity of this seller's products. Everything is all there just as hoped for and expected. This seller was not only perfectly communicative, but also surprisingly prompt in addressing any of my inquiries. Upon my asking if there was a possibility of expediting shipping, this seller did everything within her control to prioritize the delivery of my purchase such that I received it several days earlier than was initially noted in the order details. Of course, this is all not to mention how reasonable and fair this seller was during our brief negotiations as to the purchase price of the product I ordered, on which I was able to score a PHENOMENAL deal that simply could not be found anywhere else on the worldwide web. Despite being in used/pre-owned condition, I was beyond pleased upon accepting delivery of the product to see that it still remained in an almost perfectly new, and entirely mint condition. Online purchases, especially for pre-owned designer goods from unknown sellers across the globe, are almost always a gamble, and I myself have been burned so many times in that department that I largely ceased using internet marketplaces such as Poshmark, ebay, Etsy, and the like a couple of years ago. So, when I went looking to replace my very first pair of Krewe St. Louis sunglasses that were shattered into pieces at some point in 2022, I elected to purchase a new/unused pair of the same design directly from Krewe, the manufacturer/designer itself, via their website. While it was nice to have that brand new, unused pair I could know for certain to be authentic/legitimate, and which came with the benefit of the manufacturer's replacement warranty, the obvious downside was my having to pay a full $425.00 for this replacement pair I bought directly from Krewe. Unfortunately, in late summer 2024, this same replacement pair of sunnies (my 2nd pair of Krewe sunglasses ever) sank probably 20 feet below the surface of Lake Nottley never to be seen again. With said glasses having been "lost" at the bottom of a lake as opposed to damaged or broken, the manufacturer's warranty did not apply to or cover the loss, thus sending me right back to the online market for a try at replacing these sunglasses I adore so very much yet another, third time. In a fashion rather contrary to my relatively newfound, and largely negative perspective on purchasing used, designer goods on the internet, I began to shop for my third and replacement pair of Krewes across some of the same or similar online marketplaces mentioned in the foregoing. I interacted with several online sellers across such marketplaces and found several pairs I liked that were available and within my budget. However, none of those sellers, nor any of those listings, gave me the level of trust and confidence that I would actually receive the product I wanted, sought, and intended to order as did this particular seller and the information/photos she provided via her listing. All said, I am absolutely LOVING my new, third, and likely best looking pair of Krewe sunglasses yet, which, thanks to this seller's superb service and communication, I obtained for 50-60% less than market price and in just enough time for me to sport them around at a big weekend concert just days after I placed my order through Poshmark.
