My order was delivered to the wrong mailbox at the beginning of a long weekend so after a couple days of hoping a nice neighbor would drop the package at my house, I reached out to let @ctcposhspice know I hadn’t received my item. She responded immediately, she was understanding & helpful. She preemptively brought CS into our conversation so we could figure out next steps. Luckily someone did bring me my item, but even if I didn’t receive it, I would buy from her again. Thank you for working with me!
