This was my first purchase from Chae’s closet and she really impressed me with her great customer service and attention to detail. She is friendly and patient and willing to answer questions…goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Please try out her closet!! This has been a wonderful buying experience. My boots were carefully and securely wrapped and then placed inside of a large pack, to preclude crushing during transport (and they were wrapped to add further protection). In addition, the shipping time was fast. I love my new leather sheepskin boots! :)
