BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This seller bought a SPOTLESS Ivivva two piece set from me and received exactly what she ordered but gave me a one star rating because she didn't like the scent of my detergent. To make the situation correct, I bought my own items back from here after she "reposhed" them so that she would be made whole. In my original order to her, I sent her the set she bought and a FREE pair of Ivivva leggings as a nice gesture and she decided to keep those and not return (I guess the detergent scent wasn't HORRIFIC, her words not mine, on those leggings) My advice to potential buyers from this seller is BEWARE!!! I have only 5 star ratings, before this buyer, and RAVE reviews from all my new customers and returning customers. I completely understand and have no issues with the scent of my detergent being to strong for her, but the items she bought were exactly as described and in mint condition. Her nasty and negative comments were unappreciated and not helpful as I am not changing the detergent I have used for my families clothes for over 10 years. I tried reaching out to this seller multiple times asking her what I could do to make her buying experience better and she refused to respond. So I decided to just buy my own listing in order for her to receive her money back. Pretty nice of me I must say. This seller is NOT a valuable posher for this platform!!
