**special addendum: this seller kindly offered to replace or refund my purchase! She cares about her customers and goes the extra mile! While I appreciate that this product was in good condition and unopened, I was surprised at how dry or “gummy” actual mascara was. Not sure what happened but I’m trying to work with it anyway.
