the strange thing about these shirts is that they look like they are way too small, but that is exactly why they work, you have to take your time to put the item on, the 1st time it may take you 5 minutes to gently unroll the shirt onto back and torso but it's worth, it..now remember they are COMPRESSION SHIRTS meant to help you with muscle recovery or injury or just muscle pain. you supposed to feel like a sausage, lol, but the effect is you will feel better the next day or wear it as an under shirt during the day. the material is very strong and can handle years of washing.
