Eliza is a sweetheart! We had such a pleasant conversation while I was trying to figure out whether I wanted to make the purchase. I had been on the fence as to which of the Monet products I wanted to try and we talked about my being new to the brand. She was so patient and kind and made suggestions that were so helpful. Then I received my package today and everything was so thoughtfully packaged and protected against damage. And then she went a step further and included the most thoughtful thank you note, further offering her support and guidance on the Monet products. She’s just such a sweet and thoughtful Posher. That in itself is worth returning to her closet, but then she has quality products and takes great care in making sure her shoppers are fully satisfied. I look forward to dropping on her again many more times in the future, even if only to say hi and ask how she’s doing. ☺️
