I was gifted one of these bags originally in 2012, and have been using it every day for the past several years. The bag has held up well for 12 years of wear but I was getting down to it snapping off my back at any given moment. The bag arrived in awesome condition and super fast! It looks beautiful and I almost forgot how nice it originally looked. Had some stains on it, but I took a tide pen to it, and threw it in the washer - looks Brand new.
