I felt that everything was timely and pricing was fair, etc. this could be a shipping problem totally out of your hands, but the paper packaging was completely torn up by the time the package arrived. The dress was still in good condition, but maybe sturdier material would help how people mishandle packages. Either way, thanks for the beautiful dress!
