The item arrived well packaged and met the description. I will say that the shoes in person appear more brown than a reddish brown - closer to burgundy - than I had thought. They are also unfortunately rather tight in the toe area despite this being one of my favorite brands that I try to purchase from as they are hard to find, so I thought I'd be familiar with how they size and that these would fit comfortably since I purchased my usual size. Despite that, they are very nice shoes and are in very good condition/came as described. I'm not sure if there would have been any questions that I could have asked that would have ensured they'd fit comfortably.
