The cup definitely had more scraches than originally anticipated, especially considering it was advertised as NWT. The straw had markings on it as well as all over the cup. I am still happy with my purchase as they are not SUPER obvious which is why I am still giving five stars. I would suggest better item descriptions/photos and more secure packaging in the future. They shipped it in a clothing type flimsy plastic bag with bubble wrap rather than a box which would have protected the cup much better. Happy to add the cup to my collection regardless, since it is no longer available I still think it was worth it.
