Unfortunately, the mug had a hairline crack in it… Absolutely a manufacturers defect that the seller had no way of knowing. I received the mug quickly, and it was packaged so nicely. When I reached out to her to let her know that it was cracked, she refunded my full within an hour. Disappointed that the mug had a crack, but it was not the seller’s fault and Deb handled it quickly and professionally
