Excellent communication and very fast shipping. While they didn’t come in time for my vacation (no fault of the seller) they were worth the wait. Well made and comfortable- I will say the size is off. They are not a true 7 they run slightly small. Overall I like them and they will work for what I need them for. I wore them yesterday and got tons of compliments.
