I opened up the package tonight and almost didn't open it further because the mylar would be so pretty to open in the sunshine tomorrow but alas I couldn't wait! The pink ribbon was so cute and I LOVE that you added your own special touch! How adorable. The skirt itself is in amazing shape! I parted with the same one earlier last week. I had bought it at Macy's over ten years ago and wasn't sure if I'd ever find the material again! I wore it all over Europe on a big adventure and had so many happy memories in it so I was super sad to get rid of it. Lucky for me you were ready to part with yours! The material on it has held up very well and I am excited to bring it to show my friend this week. She is going to teach me how to do alterations so already this new old skirt is about to bring some more joy into my life. You are the best and I wish you good fortune. 🙂 Thank you so much!
