If you want to use fragrance when you mail out please use something that will wash out like detergent. Perfume does not wash out. That is why I buy so much h boys underwear they are cheap and loaded with fragrance. I've been trying to find the easiest way to get perfume smells out. I've come to the conclusion that perfume does not come out. I've been doing this for ong time and have tried everything. The best is activated charcoal which obviously ruins the garment.
