Seller was very nice, answered all questions, and kept me updated on my package. Package was delayed due to virus however Seller was very up front and kept great communication with me about my package. If it wasn’t for the seller I would’ve canceled due to how delayed my package was BUT, due to her honesty, open communication skills, and friendliness I decided to wait on my package. Again thank you for being honest and keeping me up to date on the info that you had. More sellers should definitely these techniques! Overall I love the bag and thank you again! 💗
