The unit seems to work great and my husband is very pleased, thanks. Additionally, we are very grateful for your exceptional follow-up after the sale had been completed, in sending us the second wrist strap you remembered that you might still have. Since the existing strap had a small break in it, your thoughtful gesture saved us the $60 that Polar charges for full replacement bands. Much appreciated and we look forward to buying from you in the future!
