Arrived in the condition described - happy with the purchase overall. However, the sweater was shipped in a paper shipping envelope and it was in very rough shape by the time it got to me - it was completely torn open the middle and the sweater was exposed to the elements/easily could have fallen out. For shipping your future items it would be better to use more durable envelopes and have a double layer on the inside like a plastic bag or at least tissue paper, to protect the item if the outer layer gets torn.
