One of the straps looked like it got twisted around something during the spin cycle and it is longer and thinner looking compared to the other strap. Only one strap was pictured in the ad. I am a little disappointed because the dress is super cute but I gave 5 stars because it was clean, packaged well and super fast shipping. For $30 I'm satisfied overall.
