Thank you. It definitely is fragile. Didn’t realize the flowers are clay. There is a petal in the large rose that is broken. It wasn’t in the tissue. But that’s ok, it’s really a beautiful piece and not that noticeable. I love it!💕

The shoe was dirty in both insoles of dried muddy like residue. I am not pleased with this item. Too put my foot into that would be gross to me. I'm sorry..but I'm telling the truth. I did clean these shoes with a moist cloth and scrubbed them clean. Please allow me to return for a full refund. Thank you
