My item arrived stained in several areas and I was very upset as I had been excited about its arrival. The seller made contact with me when I voiced my displeasure and offered to make a full refund on not only the item, but my shipping as well. It is my belief that she honestly did not realize the item was a stained as it was was she sent it off. For $8 I will try to clean it myself and I am very pleased with the outcome of our transaction even if the item ends up not being able to be cleaned. The seller has done her part to try to rectify the situation and I appreciate her honesty and being willing to work it out.
