I wanted to personally apologize for not accepting your bag Thursday. It arrived Thursday just as I was leaving to help my son purchase his first automobile. The plan was for me to open, inspect bag, then rate. Nothing on my end went according to plan. I never even was able to find the time to get my lap top out. I'm glad I was still able to rate the bag.
