Updated Post: After sharing my initial comment with the seller, she reached out to address my concerns and fixed the situation as best she could. Her professionalism and quick response reassured me how much she cares about providing a great customer service experience. She handled things very well and even shipped me a new runner free of charge. Thank you for the wonderful follow up transaction! Original Post: Seller was responsive and willing to negotiate on price on my bundle order. My interaction with the seller was great, however, I did have issues with the package and items when it arrived. The package was delivered open in a used and damaged Amazon Prime box. All 10 table runners were present though so I overlooked the shape of the box it came in. When I reviewed each item upon checking them, I noticed they haven’t been cleaned since they were last used. There were visible spills/marks on them that I assumed was from food. I knew it would come off in the wash so I kept them and gave it a cleaning. I’d recommend having items cleaned prior to shipping or be transparent of their condition in the listing so buyers know what to expect. Package should also be secured in a sturdy shipping box/envelope to withstand the travel conditions.
