Item was exactly as pictured and Layne was very transparent in mentioning before shipping that there was a small flaw to the shelf itself and asked if I wanted pictures of said flaw. I greatly appreciate her communication in this instance even though I was fine with the minor defect. The shelf was also very well packaged for shipping, which again, I very much appreciate. Overall, very happy with my purchase, thanks so much!!
